Mistä innostuin tänään? No ruoasta! Käytiin maistamassa Taste of Helsinki, ja herkultahan se maistui. Aivan erinomainen konsepti tuo, 12 fine dining -ravintolaa ja useat viinin maahantuojat tarjosivat tuotteitaan kohtuullista korvausta vastaan. Tänään lounaalla oli siis omalla lautasellani seuraavanlainen menu: Hevostartar ja suola-aroniaa (C) Paistettua karitsatuoremakkaraa, kesäkasvissalaattia ja ryytisinappikastiketta (Muru) Haudutettua viljaporsaan poskea, herkkusientä, tryffeliä...

I received my first Graze box yesterday. The snacks it contained were The Herb Garden (herb and onion peanuts, baked herb bites and oregano rice crackers), Sun Dance (dried mango, milk chocolate sunflower seeds and green raisins), Eleanor's Apple Crumble (sultanas, cinnamon and honey almonds and dried apple) and Summer Pudding (dried strawberries, blackcurrants, cranberries and sponge pieces).
